To utilize the mod, put the FREEROAMMENU envelope in \steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\DLC\313100, on the off chance that you have it. Go to the Arkham Episodes menu. Look down and you’ll see the new “story packs”. Begin one of them (they shouldn’t meddle with the principle story spare document). Restart from checkpoint for hooligans to show up.
